But due to the huge amount of support tickets I received (1000+), I see no other way. First of all, I want to thank you if you donated some money to support the development of the extension. Most support messages come down to these issues/questions. If these don't answer or cover your initial support ticket, feel free to reply and I'll try to properly deliver support. 1) For those who wonder what this extension does. It modifies the Google App Launcher. This is the popup which you can open with the 9 squares on most Google websites. It does NOT have an effect on the Google Chrome App Launcher. 2) Those reporting issues with the extension when it comes to not working on the new tab page, broken icons, shortcuts not opening, performance issues. All these should be solved and covered in the latest update (v17.0.8). 3) For those trying to import settings from Shortcuts for Google, or Google Shortcuts (Firefox). This should work perfectly fine now. If you still experience issues, let me know. 4) For those who have issues with the page which shows up after an update. This page is here to inform about the latest changes and improvements. It also contributes to the development of the extension in the form of an ad being displayed on this website. This allows me to keep the extension up to date. 5) If you want to preconfigure the extension and deploy it to your organisation and employees. Please let me know.
